At Deux par Deux, we want you and your little ones to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a garment doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your pre-paid shipping label and include the packing slip inside your return package.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at the nearest authorized shipping carrier location; ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in original condition.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
